Our Curing Process
We use a signature curing blend of salts, sugars, and spices that’s entirely our own. This proprietary blend is designed to bring out the salmon’s natural flavor while adding a rich complexity that can’t be found elsewhere.
Our Smoking Technique
Our approach to smoking is unlike any other. We use our own in-house designed custom-built smokers tailored to our unique process, allowing for a longer, deeper smoke. Each nugget features a carefully developed taste profile—from the pure, unadorned elegance of our Classic to the sweet temptation of Candied, the warming blend of Honey Garlic, the fiery kick of Habanero, the gentle heat of Jalapeño & Onion, and the zesty twist of Honey Mustard.
